Give the code to the member in person or by phone. They choose a new password at the sign-in page and are signed out everywhere.
Account administration only. Codes are bound to one username, shown once and expire. Nothing is sent; hand the code to the person directly. New accounts are ordinary users with no workspace until they create or join one.
